Shipping Policy

Because our product line varies a great deal in weight and size, it's close to impossible to have a blanket policy that is equitable. We check rates on USPS and UPS but most often use FedExGround as their rates are the most competitive. Beyond price, we've experienced superb service and very little breakage over the past 5 years!

For mutiple item purchases, we re-calculate the shipping on each transaction and refund the overpayment for shipping. That amount is credited to your charge the same day with no transaction charges. The receipt comes to you almost immediately via email, with an explanation of the transaction.

For instance, if you ordered two Oak Swags at $28.00 each, with $10.95 shipping each, as shown on the PayPal screen:

Initially, you are charged for shipping on both items. We recalculate that shipping charge based on weight and size, then issue you a refund for the difference. Here is an example of what your refund would look like:

PayPal is quick, efficient, sends a receipt right away, and their records are easy to access and in a format you can actually understand! Amazing, but true! Also, their security is always state of the art, so we feel comfortable using them for all of our web related transactions!
